Heart Evangelista will be staying in her apartment in Paris, but for how long is anybody's guess

It's confirmed! Heart Evangelista has acquired a residence in Paris, France.

Heart said that she's been saving up to buy lovely furnishings for her new flat in Paris when questioned about the "items that she bought recently" during her live stream session on Instagram on September 28, 2022.

The 37-year-old actress from Kapuso added, "I recently moved into an apartment, so I don't really have any plans to purchase further items because I already have all of my wonderful furnishings.

"I really want it to turn out well. So I'm putting money aside for it.

However, I've also been too busy to buy or do anything else, so the only free time I have is to lay in bed and sleep.

It's unclear if she bought the condo outright or leased it.

Many of Heart's fans have been wondering whether she is now based in France since she left the Philippines for Europe a little over a month ago.

After hearing about her Paris house-hunting made headlines early in September, they become even more interested.

Heart was questioned if she had made Paris her home base during the same Instagram live session by a fan.

Heart clarified, "No, I'm not living [in Paris]," mentioning various tasks in the Philippines that required her attention and highlighting the fact that she needed to keep working to maintain her way of life.

"I work both here [in Paris] and in the Philippines, and I'm always looking for employment since, as you may know, you need to be financially independent in order to pay for your belongings and lack of [hindi] humihingi ng anika-anka.

"So kailangan super work tayo.

"Hindi tayo ganun, I'm a working girl. Okay?" "Hindi ako naniniwala na kailangan ano lang, ganun [humihingi lang], charot!"

The GMA-7 actress also explained that she has always been to Europe and New York Fashion Week as part of her business and not simply for "lakwatsa."

She said, "A lot of people ask me about fashion week and they ask what I do here, puro lakwatsa, emeng ganyan.

"Hindi ho, trabaho ho siya. Hindi siya madali. Maganda lang siya and masaya siya kasi it's something that I love to do. I love dressing up.

"And it's really a full-time job. You know, I've never really been the type who just stay home and wait. I'm very creative with my time. I'm very creative with my time.

"I'm a working girl. I'm not 'Miss Hingi' so yeah, I work. So that's what I do."

When is Heart coming back to the Philippines?

Heart answered, "Indefinitely!"
