ABS-CBN launches "PasaHero," app for every Filipino passenger

Every commute, ride, we take a day, we are aware or unfortunately some of us are unaware that accident or something bad could happen anytime, usually we are unprepared for it, we can't able to alert our friends, loved ones instantly that we are in harm and in danger. Well that's the case before, because now ABS-CBN has launched "PASAHERO," application for both "Android and iOs" devices used as a safety app for passengers. This mobile app safeguards the user (passenger) by broadcasting trip details to social media and, through the "Panic Button," sending emergency notifications and location to the user's trusted circle.

Recently, the signing of the declaration of commitment for passenger safety and security was held, at ABS-CBN ELJ Bldg., was attended by ABS-CBN Digital Media Division head Donald Lim and ABS-CBN Digital head Anna Rodriguez, DOTC secretary Joseph Emilio Abaya, LTFRB chairman Winston Ginez, LTO spokesperson Jason Salvador, LTO executive director Atty Emiliano Banto Jr., Grab Taxi Vice President for marketing Natasha Dawn Bautista, and Tripid president John Michael Ngo Dee.
