After appearing his name, involved on the Vhong Navarro assault incident happened recently, Cedric Lee finally broke his silence and explain his side.

based on Cedric's angle, they(with his sister) were supposed to fetch Deniece in her condo, in Taguig, but surprisingly what they found in Deniece's condo was Vhong sexually harrasing Deniece,at that point,  the citizen arrest has been done.
