Be Careful with my Heart beats the two new challenger shows from GMA

ABS-CBN’s well-loved Primetanghali kilig-serye, “Be Careful With My Heart” won in national TV ratings over GMA’s two newly launched morning teleseryes, maintaining its daytime leadership in the country.


Based on latest data from Kantar Media on Monday (October 22), theJodi Sta. Maria-Richard Yap starrer scored a national TV rating of 23.1% versus the pilot episodes of “One True Love: A Second Chance” which only got 8% and “Cielo de Angelina” that only rated at 10.2%.

Like her leading lady, Richard (now popularly known as ‘Sir Chief) believes that there is no problem with having competition. “I think competition is always healthy. That’s okay because we’ll strive to do our best always,” he said. “But honestly, we’re not really competing with anyone. We just want to make our TV viewers happy.”

ABS-CBN’s primetanghali romantic-comedy TV series “Be Careful With My Heart,” topbilled by Jodi Sta. Maria and Richard Yap, once again achieved daytime (6AM to 6PM) leadership for the entire month of August.


Based on the latest data of Kantar Media, from its 19.7% average national TV ratings in July, “Be Careful With My Heart” performed better in August as it garnered 22.6% average national TV rating. In fact, it was also in August (Aug.21) when the daytime TV craze reached its all-time high national TV rating of 26.4%.

Meanwhile, due to TV viewers’ warm support, “Be Careful With My Heart” has prepared two huge surprises that everyone should watch out for in the next few weeks.

Continue to spread the good vibes in the morning and fall in love with the new-age fairytale of Yaya Maya and her Sir Chief in the country’s no.1 daytime program, “Be Careful With My Heart,” weekdays, 10:45am, before “It’s Showtime” on ABS-CBN.
