[WATCH] Rappler Live Jam: Cast of ‘Come From Away’ musical

Prepare for a dose of powerful storytelling and heartwarming melodies as the talented cast of the hit musical "Come From Away" is set to perform live on Rappler Live Jam.

This acclaimed Tony Award-winning production shares the incredible true account of 7,000 airline passengers whose flights were diverted to Gander, Newfoundland, Canada, following the tragic events of 9/11. It beautifully highlights the extraordinary compassion and humanity shown by the townspeople who welcomed them during those five days.

Viewers can look forward to seeing several members of the Manila cast take the virtual stage to perform selections from the show's beloved score. The lineup includes Chino Veguillas, Rycharde Everley, Steve Cadd, Gian Magdangal, Mayen Cadd, Carla Guevara-Laforteza, Cathy Azanza-Dy, and Mikkie Bradshaw-Volante.

"Come From Away" is currently running until June 29 at the Samsung Performing Arts Theater in Circuit Makati, offering audiences the chance to experience this moving story firsthand.
