President Rodrigo Duterte explains his side on West Philippines issue on SONA 2019

One of the highlights of the State Of The Nation Address (SONA) 2019 of President Rodrigo Duterte is his answers to the issues in the West Philippines Sea. President Rodrigo Duterte said that we own the West Philippines Sea but we are not in control to go against China as well as they have all the resources of owning it. President Rodrigo Duterte said that he don't want to complicate things and go war with China as he said that if he commands to send troops to fight with China's troops, he said that we might lose all lives of that troops to be sent. President Duterte said that there is time for everything and he might to talk to Chinese president about this issue eventually.
