AiAi Delas Alas rebrands "Ai Sarap Express" to "Chang Ai Express"

AiAi Delas Alas restaurant has got even more exciting and more upscale as it rebrands into a Fil-Chinese or Asian cuisine and a fine dining concept. According to AiAi "Chang" is to make it more close to Filipino customer as it means "Tita" or "Aunt." Also since AiAi is also into asian and Chinese cuisines, she added some of the menu but also retained some from Ai Sarap before.

AiAi Delas Alas got a hand from his son "Sancho" who is also the chef of Chang Ai Express. AiAi Delas Alas is very vocal to say that the business is really for his son to venture into business for financial security, though Sancho is currently busy and part of "Ang Probinsyano."
