BPI account holders losing money? June 7, 2017

BPI account & card holders panic as there have been unauthorized transactions made in their accounts this June 7,2017. It's either their accounts went negative or their accounts were doubled. BPI released the statement that it is an internal error glitch instead of hacking incident. Would you still consider BPI make the best happen? or worse?

    Nawalan din ako sa account ko. Last withdraw ko sa united nation, last june 6 walang transaction gawa sira daw ang system, last june 7 nag withdraw ako dito sm north edsa.. ang balance ko nong last transaction ko sa united nation ay 5200 nag withdraw ako last june 7 2000 winidraw ko ang balance ko 2000 nalang pumunta ako ng bpi office mag antay antay daw kc inaayos pa system, till now hindi parin naayos hindi parin nabalik ang 1k plus na nwala sa akin.
