Tito Sotto and Aiza Seguerra reconciled after their conflicting views about the proposed condom distribution to high school students.
In an interview with Senate reporters Sotto some earlier, January 25, he said sorry to ask the chairman of the National Youth Council (NYC) to him by text message.
"She texted me. She apologized for her statement and for calling me out.
"And now she understands that [she] should concentrate on the issues, not on personality."
