Jaclyn Jose is the first Filipino to win best actress in Cannes! A teary eyed, emotional and surprised Jaclyn Jose took the award, she was accompanied by her daughter Andi Eigenmann and Ma Rosa film director Brillante Mendoza, who was once a winner also of Cannes as best director way back 2009.
