MANILA — Taguig court issues the warrant of arrest to DENIECE MILLINNETTE CORNEJO, CEDRIC CUA LEE, SIMEON PALMA RAZ JR., JED FERNANDEZ, and FERDINAND GUERRERO for the “Serious Illegal Detention” filed by victim actor/host VHONG NAVARRO, which is a non-bailable case.
Justice Secretary De Lima though told that this would still be under further evaluation.
“It means the judge made her own independent evaluation of the facts and the evidence. Ipapa-evaluate ko ‘yan sa panel of prosecutors namin, if there’s need to file motion for partial reconsiration or a motion reiterrating the previous motion for the issuance of warrants of arrest against everybody kung hindi sakop lahat.”
