Marriott Hotel Manila gives back to Philippines National School for the Blind

Marriott Hotel celebrates "Global Appreciation Week" where every employee is said to give their best efforts to their customers and guests that they call - "Spirit to serve philosophy,"

Aside from that practice they also gives back to those who are in need. On this year, the good Marriott Hotel decided to visit Philippine National School for the Blind (PNSB) to donate at least new bed linen covers to replace the over used ones, and brand new sets of plates, spoon and forks.

This advocacy event happened last Friday afternoon (October 25), Marriott Hotel Manila team came with their gifts and of course a special merienda fro every children of PNSB. They prepared Baked Mac, Sandwiches, Juice, of course cake to add enjoyment to the kids.

Marriott Hotel people hosted the program, started with some short words from PNSB, as well as Marriott Hotel, after the short introductions, talented pupils from PNSB did a singing intermissions where they sang impressively "Dakilang Lahi" and "The Prayer" with live piano performance. The children also enjoyed games like stop dance which they received different prizes. And everyone enjoyed a happy merienda. After the merienda, Marriott Hotel people went to the students' dorms to endorse the Bed linens as well as the kitchen utensils.

Closing remarks are made from Marriott Hotel and PNSB to close the Advocacy but before leaving, Marriott gave goodies bags to the students.

Even they can't see the efforts literally, obviously every child felt it, every children smiled that time. This Advocacy event organized by Marriott Hotel Manila really deserves a big congratulations for continuing to serve every customer at it's best and always giving back to those who are in need and most specially for sharing and giving the SPIRIT TO SERVE!
