PMAP conducted the survey total of 105 companies from 29 industries.
The industries with the most number of participants were from Construction, Engineering and Real Estate; Banking and Financial Services; Academe; Business Process Outsourcing / Knowledge Process Outsourcing; Manufacturing and Recruitment and Manpower Services. 80% of the companies were from the National Capital Region and 20% from the provinces.

Junior Manager Positions
- Manufacturing - 87,596.40 Php (Average Basic Monthly Salary)
- BPO/KPO - 82,068.77 Php (Average Basic Monthly Salary)
- Construction, Engineering and Real Estate - 75,483.18 (Average Monthly Salary)
Highest Paying Jobs in the Philippines
- Business Systems Analyst - 166,660.59 Php (Average Basic Monthly Salary)
- Supply Chain Generalist - 164,469.21 Php (Average Basic Monthly Salary)
- IT Helpdesk Support - 164,400.00 php (Average Monthly Salary)
- IT Architecture - 156,331.00 Php (Average Monthly Salary)
