LIST: What are the Highest Paying Jobs and Industries in the Philippines? PMAP has the facts

Ever wonderwhat's the "in" job or the "in" industry? What's the highest-paying-job in the Philippines? If you are a student bound for college and can't decide yet what course you should take up or if you're already an employee and want to know if you are receiving the right payroll for your job? or are you a company looking for the salary standards in the Philippines? here're the answers from People Management Association of the Philippines --PMAP's 2016 Salary and Benefits Survey:

PMAP conducted the survey total of 105 companies from 29 industries. 

The industries with the most number of participants were from Construction, Engineering and Real Estate; Banking and Financial Services; Academe; Business Process Outsourcing / Knowledge Process Outsourcing; Manufacturing and Recruitment and Manpower Services. 80% of the companies were from the National Capital Region and 20% from the provinces.

Senior Manager Positions

1. Manufacturing - 227,335.46 Php (Average Basic Monthly Salary)
2. BPO/KPO - 148,781.04 Php (Average Basic Monthly Salary)
3. Construction, Engineering and Real Estate - 130,056.18 (Average Monthly Salary)

Junior Manager Positions

1. Manufacturing - 87,596.40 Php (Average Basic Monthly Salary)
2. BPO/KPO - 82,068.77 Php (Average Basic Monthly Salary)
3. Construction, Engineering and Real Estate - 75,483.18 (Average Monthly Salary)

Highest Paying Jobs in the Philippines

1. Business Systems Analyst - 166,660.59 Php (Average Basic Monthly Salary)
2. Supply Chain Generalist - 164,469.21 Php (Average Basic Monthly Salary)
3. IT Helpdesk Support - 164,400.00 php (Average Monthly Salary)
4. IT Architecture - 156,331.00 Php (Average Monthly Salary)
